About Me
My name is Nate Packer. I was born in Bellevue, raised in Southern California, and I’m happy to have moved my family into the Snoqualmie Valley. I’m in my late 30’s and I’m excited to take what I learned running and growing my last business and apply it to businesses in Western Washington.
In addition to my personal experience and capacity, SVV also benefits from my close network of seasoned contacts in the Search/ETA community, Asset Management, Real Estate Investing, Accounting, Legal and Philanthropy.
Most recently I bought, grew, and later sold the largest Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning business (Cleaner Hoods) in the State of Utah. During my tenure there the business accelerated growth, nearly doubled our revenues while preserving our margin, improved quality, modernized the fleet, increased customer retention, instituted employee profit sharing, and our employees were paid ~25% more than when I bought the business within eighteen months.
Prior to owning Cleaner Hoods I spent nine years as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction projects. I primarily managed large apartment renovation projects nationally for two institutional Real Estate investment firms.
My wife and I live in Snoqualmie and have two young children under the age of five. We love exploring the outdoors throughout the PNW and regularly hike, camp, mountain bike and ski together.
